Marianne is a breathing Instructor and an open water coach and Aldo is a cold water swimming expert and open water lifeguard.
No prior experience of breathwork or cold water immersion necessary.
There are currently two workshops running: “Breathe for Resilience” and “Breathe through the Menopause”.
The next “Breathe through the Menopause” workshop is Monday 27th February 2023, 10am-3pm, £90
